This recipe was awesome!! I almost used a commercial cajun mix, but realized this one was quite simple to make so I made it quickly and it was soooo worth it. Croutons were flavorful and added that restaurant flare. The dressing was delicious and I still don't believe how low can it is. Made this for a dinner party and everyone seemed to like it...I will definitely be using this as my regular Caesar dressing!

This review is only for the dressing: great dressing! I used regular Worcestershire sauce because until today I had never even heard of white wine Worce. sauce. I also couldn't find anchovy paste at my local store so I used anchovies. I like anchovies so I added about 6-7 plus about 75% of the oil in the can and you could definitely taste the anchovies in it. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Excellent recipe, however we grilled the romaine which bumped it up several notches. Also added grilled chicken to make it a full course meal. Definitely a speedy repeat.

This is one of my go-to recipes. The dressing is delicious, and the croutons with the blackening seasoning give the salad just the right amount of zip. Add grilled chicken for a super summer salad out on the deck or patio!
