The Creamy Buttermilk-Acocado Sauce is delicious! Just when I thought I had to give up good food to lose weight - I found this recipe! With half the calories of most light dressing, and with protein, calcium, and healthy fat - I may never use oil to make a dressing again. Today when I made it, I used cilantro instead of parsley and lime juice instead of lemon juice. It is awesome to spread on a shrimp or chicken wrap with spinach and red pepper! THANK YOU!!
