Creamy Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

1. Whisk together all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 8 hours. If chilling, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette.
