Creamy Apple Squares

Ingredients

• 1 package(s) yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup(s) margarine softened
• 1 cup(s) sour cream
• 1 egg
• 2 apples thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon

Preparation

1. Mix cake mix and butter until crumbly. Set aside 3/4 cup in small mixing bowl, with rest of mixture pressed into bottom of ungreased 13x9 pan. Combine sour cream, egg, apples - spread evenly into pan. To reserve crumble mixture, add brown sugar and cinnamon - sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins until topping is golden brown and bubbly. (tip: serve with ice cream!)
