Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped (about 1 3/4 cups)
- 1 Gala apple, cored and chopped (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup small marshmallows
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup reduced-calorie salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip Light)
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
Preparation
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
