1/2 small head savoy cabbage, shredded or finely chopped
1 large celery rib, chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
How to Make It
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, chile powder, and sugar in a large bowl. Add cabbage, chopped celery, and grated carrot. Toss to coat, and add kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Let stand 15 minutes before serving, tossing occasionally.
