Creamed Tuna

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked

Preparation

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; add flour and salt, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add 1 cup milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Gently fold in flaked tuna, and continue cooking until mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve warm over toast points.
