Ingredients
- -2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach
- -5 slices fried bacon
- -1 sml chopped onion
- -2 garlic cloves, minced
- -2 tbsp. flour
- -1 1/4 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- -1/2 tsp frest ground black pepper
- -2 cups milk
Preparation
- -Drain spinach and squeeze out excess moisture; chop finely and set aside
- -Fry bacon in heavy skillet until crisp; remove, drain & chop
- -Saute onion & garlic in bacon drippings
- -Add flour, seasoned salt & pepper
- -Blend thoroughly
- -Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thickened
- -Add spinach & bacon, heat thoroughly
