Creamed Leeks and Mushrooms with bacon

- 4 Leeks washed and chopped
- 6 slice(s) bacon chopped
- 1 cup(s) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) portabella mushrooms chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) Sea salt
- Medium heat pan, cook bacon till about 3/4 done. Add 2 tbsp of butter and add leeks. Cook leeks for about one minute then add mushrooms. Cook till leeks are almost transparent like onions and mushrooms are done. Add seas salt to taste. reduce heat and stir in additional butter, once melted slowly add the heavy cream. Cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
