- 2 cups shelled fresh green peas, cooked (about 2 pounds unshelled)
- 6 small potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

- Dash of red pepper
How to Make It
Combine peas, potatoes, and whipping cream in a medium saucepan; place over low heat. Combine flour and a small amount of water, stirring to make a smooth paste. Add flour mixture to peas and potatoes, stirring well. Cook over low heat until thickened. Stir in salt and pepper.
