Cream Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup drippings from Roasted Wild Turkey Breast
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Combine drippings and flour in a large skillet, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and pepper.
