Absolutely horrible. Do not use this for Oatmeal Cream Pies. Gag.

I enjoy my butter as much as the next Guy, but this is just too much. This Cream Filling recipe as written is terrible. I question if this recipe is written as intended, I find it difficult to believe a 1/2 cup butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons whipping cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract were ever meat to be consumed alone or between two Oatmeal Cookies. This recipe I will NOT be trying again.
