Easy cream corn recipe that is great for the holidays, or anytime! Use unsweetened corn if possible to cut down on the sweetness. Easily double or triple the recipe for large gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) Frozen Corn
  • 1/4 cup(s) Sugar
  • 8 ounce(s) Cream cheese (Block)
  • 1 stick(s) Unsalted Butter
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on High setting for four hours, stirring every hour, or as needed.

  2. Recipe easily doubles or triples for company.
