Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 (4-ounce) bagel, split and toasted
  • 4 ounces cold-smoked salmon

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Spread half of cream cheese mixture over cut side of each bagel half; top each half with 2 ounces salmon.
