Use powdered sugar to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.


  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound powdered sugar

How to Make It

  1. Heat first 2 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring to blend. Divide mixture into 8 portions, and roll each into a 12-inch rope. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Let stand 4 hours.
