Perhaps it is the heat in the house but this turned out very runny. I had to add 1 cup more of icing sugar.
Cream Cheese Icing

- 1 tablespoon light butter
- 1 (8-ounce) package Neufchâtel cheese
- 1 (1-pound) package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cream butter and cheese at high speed of a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar; beat at low speed until well-blended. Add vanilla; beat well.
