Cream Cheese Frosting

A cake is not complete without crowning it with Cream Cheese Frosting. We use this frosting with our Stout Chocolate Cake.
This recipe goes with Stout Chocolate Cake
Yield: Makes 2 cups
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar at low speed until blended. Beat in vanilla. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy.
