Cream Cheese Frosting
We loved this luscious frosting slathered over both of these cupcakes.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups
- 1 (8-ounce) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.
