Cream Cheese Filling

Yield about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup DIXIE CRYSTALS Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended; add flour and next 3 ingredients, beating well. Stir in pecans.
