- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar

- Beat first 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
