Cream Cheese Filling
Cream Cheese Filling is great in layer cakes and with only 3 ingredients, it's easy to whip together.
This recipe goes with Ground Pecan Torte
Yield: Makes 1 1/3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well.
