    I thought this was really good. I would use less cream cheese next time though, that or more sugar.

    This sounds like a winner...can't wait to make this....just wish all the recipes would be for smaller amounts...could cut recipe in half, but how in the heck do you divide an egg yolk in half ????? wonder if you could still just use the entire yolk and it would be ok ...does anyne know ? Or perhaps ALL RECIPES could email me and let me know :)

    You can use a whole yolk and still cut the recipe in half, it will just make the filling a little creamier/eggy.
