Cream Cheese-and-Olive Pimiento Cheese
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1 (5 3/4-ounce) jar drained sliced salad olives
Preparation
- Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheese and olives. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
