Crawfish Spice Mix

Dill, marjoram, and coriander add an aromatic twist to the traditional Cajun seasoning. Use this mix for any kind of seafood boil.

Ingredients

3/4 cup mustard seeds
3/4 cup coriander seeds
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup celery seeds
1/4 cup dried marjoram
1/4 cup dill seeds
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon whole allspice
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon whole cloves
20 bay leaves, crushed

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients, and store in an airtight container up to 2 months.
