I made this recipe for my family between our two main Thanksgiving meals. It was not only simple and quick to make, but everyone enjoyed it as an unexpected snack. We had it again a day or two later and are planning to have it once again tonight along with homemade spice doughnuts and a few hands of Dutch Blitz. Thank you for this great, hot holiday drink!
Cranberry and Spice Tea "Toddies"
- 4 orange-spice herb tea bags
- 2 cups fresh unfiltered apple juice
- 2 cups sweetened cranberry juice
- Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea, and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea. Add juices to pan; reheat until steaming. Ladle into mugs.
