Cranberry-Speckled White Chocolate Cheesecake

It was the biggest hit at my Easter dinner! The recipe takes time to make, but it is simple and simply delicious. I served it with a good port wine, and everyone raved about it. Will make it again, special occasion or not!

I tried this recipe as it looked like it would be fun to put together. I did enjoy making it but did not like the results. My husband, however loves it and is slowly eating the whole thing himself! I won't put this much work into a cake I don't like myself.
