1 cup boiling water
1 cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup ice water
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
How to Make It
Combine gelatin and boiling water in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add cranberry sauce and ice water, stirring well. Add pineapple and pecans; stir. Cover and chill 4 hours or until set.
