Cranberry Raisin Pie

This is a great recipe for holiday get-togethers, and is especially great for a Thanksgiving celebration. If you like to make decorative top crusts, this is also a good recipe for that, as it isn't as prone to bubbling over as some recipes are.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup(s) cranberries Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) raisins Chopped
  • ½ cup(s) granulated sugar
  • pastry for double crust

Preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Cut the raisins and cranberries in half before adding them to a medium size mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar. Pour mixture into a pie dish line with pastry, and then place the second crust on top and seal the edges.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes
