Cranberry-Orange Relish Recipe

In place of traditional cranberry sauce, try a faster relish. The flavor is bright, crisp, not too sweet, and ideal with turkey and trimmings. Make up to 3 days ahead.

1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 cup orange sections
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
Cinnamon stick (optional)


1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon stick in a food processor; pulse to combine. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.
