Cranberry-Orange Relish

Yield 4 half pints


  • 1 pound cranberries
  • 2 small unpeeled oranges, quartered and seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec or other orange-flavored liqueur

How to Make It

  1. Place all ingredients in container of an electric blender. Process until coarsely ground.

  2. Ladle relish into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Cover with metal lids, and screw bands tight. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
