Ingredients
- 5 cups apple cider
- 3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 5 whole cloves
- 1 large orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 1 (1-inch) piece peeled fresh ginger, thinly sliced
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Strain cider through a sieve into a bowl; discard solids. Serve warm.
