Cranberry-Orange Dressing

Recipe from


1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil


Process first 4 ingredients in a blender until blended, stopping once to scrape down sides. Turn blender on high; gradually add oil in a slow steady stream.
