Made ahead for NY Day Brunch. After baking, took it out of Bundt pan, cooled it, cleaned pan and popped it back in for freezing and transporting to party. (Defrosted overnight in the pan.) Iced it at the brunch. Excellent. Moist - lots of flavor. Definitely on my must-make list for holiday brunches.
