I was surprised that a recipe that was several years old didn't have a review so I wanted to make sure to give this recipe a great review. Love, love, love it. One tip: test your jalapenos, by tasting a small piece by itself, to make sure they don't taste more like bell peppers. Jalapenos can sometimes be very weak, so don't think that you need to reduce amount for those that don't like 'heat'. The sugar in the recipe will offset even truly hot jalapenos. If your jalapenos are weak you may want to add more.
