Cranberry Glaze

Yield about 2 cups


  • 2 medium oranges
  • 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange rind

How to Make It

  1. Peel oranges; discard seeds and white membrane. Chop pulp; set aside.

  2. Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, ginger, and orange rind in a medium saucepan; add orange pulp, mixing well. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
