Cranberry Compote

Makes 1 3/4 cups

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
3 1/2 tablespoons grated orange rind
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fresh orange juice

Preparation

Cook all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat 20 minutes or until cranberries pop. Cool completely. Cover and chill.
