- 4 clementines
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and cut into eighths
- 1 (12 oz.) package fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
How to Make It
Grate zest from clementines to equal 4 tsp. Peel clementines, and separate into segments. Process zest, clementine segments, apple, and cranberries in a food processor until chopped. Transfer fruit to a bowl. Stir in sugar and next 2 ingredients. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon.
