Oxmoor House
Hands-on time 10 mins
Total time 8 hrs, 10 mins
Yield 4 cups
The cranberries in this recipe are left raw and shredded for extra crunch and tartness. Be sure to use clementines which, unlike tangerines, are seedless.

  • 4 clementines
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and cut into eighths
  • 1 (12 oz.) package fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur

How to Make It

  1. Grate zest from clementines to equal 4 tsp. Peel clementines, and separate into segments. Process zest, clementine segments, apple, and cranberries in a food processor until chopped. Transfer fruit to a bowl. Stir in sugar and next 2 ingredients. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon.
