Cranberry-Citrus Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
  • 1 orange, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, halved
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped purple onion
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons minced Italian parsley
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make It

  1. Combine ingredients; cover and chill.
