Yield Serves 1


  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 1 cup plain, bagged coleslaw mix
  • 1 heaping tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tablespoon raspberry vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, dried, sweetened cranberries
  • 3 slices smoked turkey
  • 1 slice smoked provolone

How to Make It

  1. Combine coleslaw, mayonnaise, cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette in a small bowl. Set aside. Spread additional light mayonnaise (as desired) on both slices of bread. Set aside once slice of bread and layer turkey and cheese on remaining slice. Top turkey and cheese with coleslaw mixture and cover with remaining bread slice.
