Crabmeat Spread

1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
1 (3-ounce) jar capers, drained
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise


Drain crabmeat, removing any bits of shell. Add remaining ingredients; toss

gently. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
