- 8 oz ounce(s) flake faux crab meat flaked
- 2 tablespoon(s) non-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) mayo
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon(s) parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) red onion chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) celery chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl mix all ingredients. Serve over salad greens or in crusty Italian bread. Yum
