1 pound fresh lump crabmeat, drained and picked over
4 ounces mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 Tbsp.)
1/2 cup chopped scallions (about 10 scallions)
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (such as Mae Ploy)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup toasted white sesame seeds
1/3 cup black sesame seeds
How to Make It
Stir together crabmeat, mascarpone, cream cheese, garlic, scallions, chili sauce, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Stir together white and black sesame seeds; spread in an even layer on a large plate. Gently shape crab mixture into a ball, and carefully roll in sesame seeds until covered. Place on a serving plate; chill, uncovered, until set, about 30 minutes. Serve with wonton chips.
