1 stick butter
1 small bunch green onions (chopped)
½ cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp. flour
1 pint ½ & ½
1 pound white crabmeat
½ pound Swiss cheese grated
3 tbsp sherry
Red pepper, salt & pepper to taste
Sauté onion and parsley in butter. Add flour, cheese, and cream until cheese melted. Add seasoning and crabmeat.
