Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small bunch green onions (chopped)
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 pint ½ & ½
  • 1 pound white crabmeat
  • ½ pound Swiss cheese grated
  • 3 tbsp sherry
  • Red pepper, salt & pepper to taste
  • Sauté onion and parsley in butter. Add flour, cheese, and cream until cheese melted. Add seasoning and crabmeat.
