Ingredients

2/3 cup couscous
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 green onions, sliced
1 ounce toasted sliced almonds

Preparation

Cook couscous in water according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; fluff with a fork. Stir in olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper, sliced green onions, and toasted sliced almonds.
