- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Dash of ground ginger
- 4 (1-inch-thick) center-cut pork chops
How to Make It
Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well; pour into a shallow baking dish . Add pork chops; cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning chops several times.
Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade for basting . Place chops 6 inches from medium coals; grill 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
