Wonderful flavor. Easy to fix. Recipe given to me by the late Doug Harris.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) Sugar
  • 4 cup(s) whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 6 cup(s) milk


  1. Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually, slowly, add sugar. Beat until thick. Add whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Pour into can. Add milk until it comes to the line. Use a 4 qt freezer.
