Cottage Cheese and Fruit
Select a cottage cheese made with whole or 2% milk; babies need the extra fat now for proper growth and development. Also, baby may tolerate the texture of small curds better than large-curd varieties. We do not recommend freezing this recipe.
Yield: 1 cup or 2 (1/2-cup) servings (serving size: 1/2 cup)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 serving of Pear Puree or 1/4 cup peeled, mashed ripe pear
- 1 serving of Peach Puree or 1/4 cup peeled mashed peaches
Preparation
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. For a smoother texture, place all ingredients in a food processor, and process until desired consistency.
