Cornmeal Biscuits

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    These biscuits had an excellent flavor and my husband and guest loved them! The only thing I would do a little different is that I would make them a little thicker; they didn't rise as much as I would have liked, and it was hard to split and butter them. I served these with a hearty vegetable beef soup. My husband said he couldn't tell the cornmeal was there, but he raved about the taste. I'll be making this one again!
