Cornbread and Gorgonzola Dressing

    This is probably the best dressing I have ever tasted. However, it probably isn't the type of dressing you'd serve to a crowd of Bud drinkers and children. However, if you have some serious "foodies" at your table, this is guaranteed to impress.

    I love this recipe. This year I used a domestic Bleu cheese and a cornbread that I boil the cornmeal first for greater moisture. This years version was even better than previous efforts.
